1. Coating base treatment agent
Generally, mix A material, B material and thinner of polyurethane waterproof coating in a ratio of 1:2:3 by weight, stir evenly, then dip the mixture with a long roller brush, and evenly brush it on the clean and dry base layer On the surface, there should be no missing brushes or accumulations during painting. The coiled material can only be laid after the base treatment agent is cured and dried; it can also be sprayed with a spraying machine with a solid content of 40% and a pH value of 4. The neoprene emulsion with a viscosity of 10cP is used to treat the base layer. When spraying, the thickness should be uniform and consistent, and it should be dried for more than 12 hours before the coil can be laid.
2. Apply the coil adhesive
Stir the special supporting adhesive compatible with the coil material evenly before coating construction. The base adhesive can be applied to the base or to the base and the underside of the coil. Brush evenly, no bottoming, no accumulation. When using the empty laying method, strip sticking method, or point sticking method, it should be painted according to the specified position and area.
(1) Brush the adhesive on the surface of the coiled material: Spread the coiled material on a flat and clean base layer, use a long roller brush to dip in the special adhesive, and apply it evenly on the surface of the coiled material, and do not miss the coating when brushing. It must not be accumulated, and it cannot be painted back and forth multiple times.
(2) Apply adhesive on the surface of the base: while applying the adhesive on the surface of the coil, use a long roller brush to pick up the adhesive, and evenly apply it on the surface of the base where the base treatment agent has been dried and cleaned. After applying the glue, let it stand About 20-40min, when the fingers are dry and basically sticky, the coiled material can be laid and pasted.
(3) Coil laying: When laying coils, the reference line can be ejected with color powder according to the configuration scheme of the coils. The first method is to fold the coiled material in half along the long side into a half-width coiled material, with the glued side facing away; Align the long side of the coiled material with the long side of the laid coiled material and overlap the reference line; after the pressing is completed, spread the other half and roll the coiled material with a pressure roller to stick it firmly. The second method is to roll the adhesive-coated coiled material into a cylindrical shape, and then insert a 30mm×1500mm iron pipe in the center of the cylindrical coiled material. One end of the coil is fixed at the predetermined position, and then the coil is spread along the reference line, so that the coil is loosely laid on the surface of the base layer. In the process of laying the coiled material, it is not allowed to stretch the coiled material, and there must be no wrinkles.
3. Coil lap bonding treatment
Since the long and short sides of the pasted coils all leave 80mm blank lapping edges of the coils, the lapping edges must be bonded with a coil lapping adhesive. However, the lap joint adhesive coated on the coil does not have the performance of immediate bonding and solidification. It needs to be left to stand for 20-40 minutes until it is basically dry, and it can be pasted and pressed when it is not sticky when tested with fingers. In this way, the covering edge of the overlapping coil must be temporarily fixed first, that is, a small amount of base adhesive is applied to the overlapping street every 1m or so, and when the finger touch is basically non-sticky, the coil at the joint is temporarily opened The paint brush for bonding and fixing is evenly painted on the two bonding surfaces of the opened coil joints, and the amount of glue applied is generally about 0.5kg/㎡. Apply the glue for 20-40 minutes. When the finger touch is basically not sticky, you can remove the air in the seam while gluing, and then roll it again with a hand-held pressure roller after gluing. Where the joints where the three-layer coils overlap, the sealing paste must be embedded before bonding construction, and the edges of the joints should be sealed tightly with sealing materials.
4. Construction of protective layer
The construction of the protective layer shall be covered with 30mm thick cement mortar or 40mm thick concrete.
