construction technology

■ Base course treatment:

▲ The mortar concrete leveling layer shall be flattened and polished, and the surface shall be solid and fully dry without concave convex, looseness, bulge, peeling, crack, pitted surface, etcCheck the surface flatness of the base course with a meter ruler, and the deviation sh all not exceed 5mm；

▲ the drainage slope of the seating surface shall meet the requirements of the national standard technical code for star surface engineering (GB50345-2004)；

▲ The internal and external corners of the structure of our leveling layer and protruding roof (such as parapet, vertical wall, deformation joint, pipe, skylight, etc.) and the junction of basement floor leveling layer and vertical wall, sump, elevator, etc. shall be made into an arc with a radius of 20mm：

▲ the painful water line at the top and notch of 4-star parapet shall meet the requirements, and the water outlet shall be suitable for paving roadway materials and the surrounding drainage shall be good;
▲ before laying the coiled material waterproof layer, remove the dust, grease and other sundries on the base course, and the surface of the base course must be clean.
▲ placement of coiled material: before the coiled material is laid, the strip will unfold the landing material from the tight coiled state on the qualified base layer to make it shrink freely from the tensile state, so as to eliminate the stress generated in the production process of special bending and avoid the adverse consequences caused by the contraction of coiled material in the future.

■ Full adhesion method of coiled material waterproof layer:

▲ Laying of horizontal waterproof layer：

◆ unfold and position the coiled material； Fold the coiled material back in half to expose half of the bottom surface of the coiled material； The folded coil shall be smooth without wrinkles；
◆ mix the base course adhesive evenly and apply the strand evenly on the base course and coiled material with a fluff roller brush or brush. Do not agglomerate, and ensure that both surfaces of the base course and coiled material reach 10% Residual cloth, but do not brush the base adhesive in the coil wiping area； When the base adhesive is dry to the point that it is not sticky (not too dry), the coiled material shall be paved;
◆ during operation, the coiled material shall be folded outward along the glued side in the long direction, aligned with the base Huai line, and half of the glued and dried coiled material shall be rolled and paved on the glued base course. When pavingThe deviation of coiled material cannot be controlled and defects such as wrinkles shall be avoided; After each coil is paved, roll it on the surface of the coil immediately to ensure that the coil is firmly bonded to the base courseHalf of the uncoated coiled material shall be returned according to the above bonding process.

■ laying of vertical surface waterproof layer:

◆ the coiled material of the straight surface waterproof layer shall be paved from bottom to top, and the method of gluing and airing is the same as that of the plane.
◆ when the waterproof layer of the basement is fully wrapped with coiled materials and the method of external anti night paste is adopted, the plane waterproof layer shall be paved first, and then the vertical waterproof layer shall be paved; When the construction conditions are limited and the external prevention and internal pasting method is adopted, the facade waterproof layer shall be paved first, and then the plane waterproof layer shall be paved;
◆ when laying the vertical coiled material waterproof layer, the floating ash and sundries on the connecting part of the coiled material and the surface of the base course shall be cleaned, and attention shall be paid not to pull and damage the coiled material. Brush the base adhesive on the wall, and lay the coiled material after the dryness meets the requirements.

■ Empty paving method of coiled material waterproof layer:

▲ first unfold the EPDM coiled material, place it on the base course meeting the requirements, relax naturally for about 30 minutes, lay the material in alignment with the reference line, and then deal with the lap joint.
▲ when the empty paving method is adopted in the roof engineering, the coiled material and the vertical layer shall be fully bonded within 800m from the edge of the pavilion； For underground works, the floor plane can be constructed by empty paving method according to the actual situation. Other parts shall be fully adhered.
