construction technology
■ Base course treatment:

▲ the painful water line at the top and notch of 4-star parapet shall meet the requirements, and the water outlet shall be suitable for paving roadway materials and the surrounding drainage shall be good;
▲ before laying the coiled material waterproof layer, remove the dust, grease and other sundries on the base course, and the surface of the base course must be clean.

■ Full adhesion method of coiled material waterproof layer:
▲ Laying of horizontal waterproof layer:

◆ mix the base course adhesive evenly and apply the strand evenly on the base course and coiled material with a fluff roller brush or brush. ◆ the coiled material of the straight surface waterproof layer shall be paved from bottom to top, and the method of gluing and airing is the same as that of the plane.
◆ when the waterproof layer of the basement is fully wrapped with coiled materials and the method of external anti night paste is adopted, the plane waterproof layer shall be paved first, and then the vertical waterproof layer shall be paved; When the construction conditions are limited and the external prevention and internal pasting method is adopted, the facade waterproof layer shall be paved first, and then the plane waterproof layer shall be paved;
◆ when laying the vertical coiled material waterproof layer, the floating ash and sundries on the connecting part of the coiled material and the surface of the base course shall be cleaned, and attention shall be paid not to pull and damage the coiled material. Brush the base adhesive on the wall, and lay the coiled material after the dryness meets the requirements.
■ Empty paving method of coiled material waterproof layer:
▲ first unfold the EPDM coiled material, place it on the base course meeting the requirements, relax naturally for about 30 minutes, lay the material in alignment with the reference line, and then deal with the lap joint.
▲ when the empty paving method is adopted in the roof engineering, the coiled material and the vertical layer shall be fully bonded within 800m from the edge of the pavilion; For underground works, the floor plane can be constructed by empty paving method according to the actual situation. Other parts shall be fully adhered.
